PROCESS
1. Research & Inquiry – Laying the Foundation
Before reaching out, take a moment to consider your marketing goals. What message do you want to convey? How can professional photography elevate your brand? Browse my portfolio, explore your options, and when you're ready, contact me for a personalized quote. Each session is unique, so pricing is tailored to your specific needs. You'll find answers to common questions in the FAQ section at the bottom of the page
2. Booking Your Session – Locking in the Details
Once you decide to move forward, we’ll finalize the details—date, time, and location—so everything is set for your session. A deposit secures your spot, and then we’re officially in business!
3. Pre-Shoot Consultation – Bringing Your Vision to Life
Before your session, we’ll hop on a 60 minute Zoom call to go over all the details. This is your chance to ask questions, discuss styling, locations, and brand messaging, and get expert advice on how to prepare. I’ll guide you on wardrobe choices, props, and anything else that will help you feel camera-ready.
4. Photoshoot Prep – Setting You Up for Success
A little preparation goes a long way! In the days leading up to your shoot, I’ll send you a checklist to ensure everything runs smoothly. Whether it’s outfit choices, posing tips, or mindset preparation, you’ll feel fully ready to step in front of the camera.
5. Photoshoot Day – Relax & Shine
This is where the magic happens! My goal is to create a relaxed, enjoyable experience where you feel comfortable and confident. I’ll guide you through natural poses and expressions, making sure we capture authentic, compelling images that truly represent you and your brand.
6. Image Preview – Selecting Your Favorites
Within two days after your shoot, you’ll receive a private, watermarked online gallery. Take your time reviewing the images and select your favorites—these are the ones I’ll carefully retouched to highest standards.
7. Professional Editing – Elevating Your Images
Once you’ve made your selections, I’ll fine-tune each image with professional retouching to enhance colors, lighting, and details while keeping everything looking natural and authentic.
8. Final Delivery – Ready for Your Brand
Your fully edited, high-resolution images will be delivered within 7 business days. You’ll receive them in multiple formats, optimized for both web and print, so they’re ready to use across your website, social media, and marketing materials.
